Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Dalia Elegant Lingerie, otherwise you are welcome to bring back your item(s) for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. We do not offer refunds.

1. We offer a 7 day exchange period on all eligible products purchased. The item(s) must have all of its original tags attached, be unworn and in original condition and a receipt must be present.
2. Due to health regulations and for hygienic reasons, panties, one-piece swimwear, shapewear, bodysuits, hosiery and lingerie – anything that has a gusset/crotch – or comes with an attached panty (eg. lingerie piece with matching panty), are a FINAL SALE. 
3. All sale items are a FINAL SALE.
4. We do not offer price adjustments.
5. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned or replaced if lost.
